why is this set up like this? or is this sounding like something is wrong? tech support said read the articles.which i did, and this issue has not been clearly addressed. when i collapse studio one folder, and then go to the next folder down it is sound sets, and my content is in there. i click on studio one folder and scroll to the soundsets folder within and it is empty. However, when I look in Browser> file tab, I see sound sets folder as a separate folder than the studio one folder. once you install the content you want, if left to default paths it goes into that sound sets folder, ie artist instruments vol 1l, or impact kits etc. I understand that default studio one installs a folder into documents, and within that folder is macros, presets, songs, sound sets folders. It would be a large bummer to not use it becuase of this one simple, obvious, clear cut issue. This is my last resort before going back to Pro Tools, which would bum me out after having been so hyped and interested in studio one 4 for my style of workflow. The issues I'm experiencing are studio one 4 issues, but tech support won't support me. Using MacBook pro, antelope zen tour interface, and studio one 4 software.
