SAMPLES folder = Noire 1.0 up to Noire_7 of various. INSTRUMENTS folder with 'Noire Felt.nki and 'Noire Pure.nki'Ģ. I don't seem to have any instructions on installing 'Noire' so thought i'd ask here, before doing something silly and falling into the rabbit whole of Kontakt libraries failing, not showing, loading and the other hell that we encounter!ġ.
Now I need to add this 'Noire' library (all my kontakt instruments and libraries) are on a 2nd drive external. I also have Kontakt 5.8.1 (r43) k'd which i eventually after some effort and help from this forum, managed to get my older k'd libraries into, and have to say it works great. So i reverted back to a previous version, imported libraries and they appeared in Native Access, then i upgraded back to 6 and they were there. In 6 they have to be imported via Native Access with a NI account, not through 3rd party. Secondly, I run v5.6.6 on Mac which means I can put my libraries wherever I want, click 'add to library' in the software and select the destination folder and thats it, done The important file is labelled '.
Ok so this maybe a simple and easy question, as I have just downloaded a k'd version of Native Instruments 'Noire' Piano plug in. I know exactly what type of file is needed to import libraries in EARLIER versions of Kontakt.
